As widely reported, Trust Japan, makers of Greddy, Grex and Gracer parts, has filed for bankruptcy in Japan. Our close sources here in Japan have confirmed the news and the company can be seen listed by Teikoku Databank on the 10th of September. 
We recommend all of our customers to contact us prior to purchasing Trust products to confirm availability. At this stage, we have been advised it will be "business as usual" for the forseeable future and there should be no impact to orders. However, we will be monitoring the situation closely and be in contact with any customers that have purchased Trust products no longer available.
Trust has only just released a number of new exciting products, including the Infometer Touch, F-Manage, Spec-LS intercooler, Performance Dampers, exciting aero and exhaust parts for the R35 GTR and a new range of performance camshafts.
The full impact of this aggressive product development in a declining market has yet to be seen, but there are reports of Trust in US$60M debt on US$58M in annual sales.
With the memory of Apexera's previous bankruptcy, we envision Trust products to continue being available in the long term, but possibly at increased lead times and reduced product development.
