The Gazoo FT-86 G Sports was debuted at the Tokyo Auto Salon 2010 in the huge Toyota stand, signalling the importance Toyota is now placing on the aftermarket community.
Even more exciting than the release of the FT-86, the G Sports edition features a turbocharged boxer 4 engine powering the rear wheel drive lightweight sports car. Combined with upgraded body parts, many in lightweight carbon fibre, this concept car looks to be the perfect blend of sportscar and track weapon.

The front of the FT86 features some unique styling queues, the integration of the bonnet into the front quarter panel for example.
The electronics also match the looks with a world first GPS track day recording system, that records the full details as you drive around a race track. All of the GPS details are stored on a memory card that can then be removed and downloaded into your Playstation 3. Once downloaded you can then replay or drive against your ghost recording in Gran Turismo 5.
LED parking lights continue to be adopted throughout new vehicles and feature to great effect on the aggressive FT86 front lights.
The carbon fibre bonnet features fantastic details with huge vents and a unique design, the carbon fibre quality was beautiful.
The modified front bumper features a large central carbon fibre vent revealing the front mount intercooler with G's logo. Combined with side cooling vents and a carbon fibre undertray, this FT86 is setup for some serious track-ready cooling.
The custom 19" G's wheels are wrapped with 245mm tires on the front and 275mm on the rear. The large brake rotors and calipers would be sure to offering some significant braking performance for a lightweight sportscar.
The rear view is as aggressive as the front, with large carbon fibre rear wing and more cooling vents. A large carbon fibre rear diffuser reveals two central exhaust pipes.
