The Gazoo FT-86 G Sports was debuted at the Tokyo Auto Salon 2010 in the huge Toyota stand, signalling the importance Toyota is now placing on the aftermarket community.
Even more exciting than the release of the FT-86, the G Sports edition features a turbocharged boxer 4 engine powering the rear wheel drive lightweight sports car. Combined with upgraded body parts, many in lightweight carbon fibre, this concept car looks to be the perfect blend of sportscar and track weapon.

Tokyo Auto Salon 2010 saw one of the largest contingent of cars in recent years and the rotaries were out in force throughout the halls. RE Amemiya took their customary first position with a RE Amemiya Revolution stand housing the relatively mild RE Amemiya RX8 demo car and the award winning Westfield.
Other legendary tuners such as PAN Speed, R-Magic, Revolution, Abflug and RE-Wing also presented demo cars, all of the highest quality. The RX7's were still a crowd favourite and have proven despite their age, they still have the looks and performance to match the latest challengers.

With all of the excitement of Tokyo Auto Salon, we missed the results of the latest round of Battle Evome. We thought some of our readers would be interested in the time attack series held at the famed Tsukuba Circuit primarily for privateers and amateur drivers.
The round consists of time attack and a circuit race, imagine seeing all these cars racing on the grid together! Will definitely have to get to a round at Tsukuba this year!

At Tokyo Auto Salon this year, Option Magazine sponsored a stand featuring a selection of RB26 powered Nissan Skyline GTRs to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the infamous engine. Thirteen R32, R33 and R34 GTR's from top tuners were selected featuring some of the most famous GTR's to ever come out of Japan.
The entire area was inundated with enthusiasts throughout the show, read more for a unique selection of Japan's top tuned GTRs!
We're back at work after a big weekend at Tokyo Auto Salon 2010. One of the popular past times of show-goers is the collection of catalogs, spec sheets, stickers and anything else that is on offer.

Tokyo Auto Salon is on this weekend and some members of our team are attending to cover as much as we can at the biggest modified car show in Japan. We are excited to see a potential revival of the glory days of Nissan tuning with HKS, JUN and others refocussing on the SR20 and RB26 engines through recent "Restart" campaigns. Today was press day and already coverage is coming through from the media and the manufacturers websites.
